What is a Dynasty League?

A dynasty fantasy football league allows you to retain most or all of your players from year to year. Unlike redraft leagues, this format emphasizes long-term team building and deeper strategy. Success is earned through consistent management, trades, and rookie development, creating a stronger sense of team ownership and satisfaction.

Format

• This league is a SuperFlex, 0.5 PPR league.

• SuperFlex: You can start a second quarterback in the flex spot, in addition to RBs, WRs, and TEs.

• 0.5 PPR: Half a point is awarded for each reception, increasing the value of pass-catching players.

Drafts

• Startup Draft: Date and structure will be agreed upon by the league.

• Rookie Draft: Takes place two weeks after the conclusion of the NFL Draft. Each team has 4 hours per pick.

  • The draft pauses from 10 PM to 10 AM ET.

  • Order:

    • Playoff Teams: Reverse playoff finish.

    • Non-Playoff Teams: Ordered by inverse MaxPointsFor.

• 2.13 Pick Award: Starting 2023, the consolation bracket winner will be awarded pick 2.13 each year.

Buy In

• Annual Fee: $50, due 2 weeks before the draft.

Payout

1. • $500 - 1st Place

   • $50 - Regular Season Winner

   • $50 - 2nd Place

Trading

• All trades process instantly.

• There is no review window and trades will not be pushed manually by the Commissioner.

• Trading Future Picks:

  • Must pay half the buy-in for that year to trade picks.

  • Once partial payment is made, all owned picks for that year become tradeable.

  • Applies to each future year individually.

• Concerns about league integrity or lopsided trades should be raised via the Feedback Form and discussed by the league.

Waivers

1. • In Season Waivers ~ ($1,000 Allotment)

     1. Waivers will execute at 12AM ET. 

     2. After game waivers will clear on Tuesday @ 3 AM ET

     3. Players will be on waivers 1 day after being dropped.

        • • Waivers do not rollover; In-Season FAAB assigned at conclusion of Rookie Draft

     4. Schedule

        • Monday - Free Agency

        • Tuesday - Locked (No Moves Allowed) 

        • Wednesday - Waivers 

        • Thursday - Free Agency

        • Friday - Waivers

        • Saturday - Waivers

        • Sunday - Free Agency

   • Offseason Waivers ~  ($100 Allotment)

     1. Waivers will execute at 12AM ET. 

     2. Waivers are "locked" every day but Wednesday and Sunday

        • • Waivers do not rollover; Offseason FAAB assigned at conclusion of Championship week games

     3. Schedule

        • Monday - Locked

        • Tuesday - Locked

        • Wednesday - Waivers @ 12 AM ET

        • Thursday - Locked

        • Friday - Locked

        • Saturday - Locked

        • Sunday - Waivers @ 12 AM ET

Playoffs

There are NO divisions in M4D Dynasty. The top 6 teams move on to the playoffs. Playoffs begin Week 15 and consist of one week matchups. The semi-final and finals take place in weeks 16 and 17, respectively. The 1 and 2 seed get a BYE in the first week.

Other General Information

• Rosters lock after the season until all teams have paid the next year’s buy-in.

• Deadline: League Draft Day

• If a team remains unpaid by the deadline, the Commissioner may orphan the team or make alternate arrangements.

• No trading of assets outside of the league (e.g., money, items, favors).

• Taxi Squad:

  • Designed for rookies and second-year players only.

  • Must be assigned before the season starts.

  • Taxi squad locks at season start.

  • Promoting a player requires:

    • An open roster spot or

    • A corresponding cut.

  • Once promoted, the player is ineligible for the taxi squad for the rest of the season.
